By registering for a course, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with our course policies.

Course Conduct Directives

Every student enrolled for a program must comply with the code of conduct below.

  • The students are required to attend the classes on time.
  • Maintain decorum in classes and institute premises. Appear in all examinations (theory, practical and project presentations). Certificate issued only after successful completion of tests and assignments.
  • 75% attendance is compulsory. Students not meeting this will not be allowed to appear for final examinations.
  • If a student is absent for more than 15 days without intimation, the institute may expel the student and fees will be forfeited.
  • Students will not be allowed to leave the premises during training hours without prior permission of the Centre Manager.
  • Students must participate in various ZIMA activities when scheduled.
  • No consumption of alcohol, drugs, smoking or illegal edibles within institute premises or during industry visits/outdoor shoots. Violation may lead to expulsion and forfeiture of fees.
  • Fees must be paid on time. For instalment payment, late fees of Rs. 100/- per defaulting day apply. Fees once paid are non-refundable.
  • Mobile phones should be switched off or kept on silent during training hours. Centre Management may change faculty, courseware, or schedule as required.
  • Students must wear identity cards while in institute, on outdoor shoots, or when representing ZIMA.
  • No student should engage in professional assignments without written approval from the academy.
  • For outdoor visits, conveyance, boarding and lodging expenses are borne by the student.
  • Students shall not use the name or property of the Company for personal benefit unless permitted in writing.
  • No monetary dealings are allowed between students and colleagues, subordinates or seniors; ZIMA is not responsible for such dealings.
  • Students must perform duties as directed by Management and devote time to academic aspects to gain maximum benefit.
